mink «mihngk», noun, plural minks or (collectively) mink.
1. a small animal like a weasel that lives in water part of the time. It is found in North America, and the northern part of Europe and Asia.
2. its valuable fur. It is most commonly a deep, lustrous brown, but occurs in other shades in certain varieties of the animal.
3. a coat or jacket made from this fur.
